BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. To confirm your reservation to a booking a non-refundable £150.00 is required

2. Full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise we will consider your booking cancelled.

3. The deposit will only be refunded if the property is re-let. Likewise once the full balance has been paid, this will only be refunded if the cottage has been re-let.

4. The period of hire starts at 16.00 on the day of arrival and finishes at 10.00 on departure day. Costs are quoted on the basis of a 7 day hire per property and the normal agreed start date is Saturday.

5. We strongly advise taking out Holiday Insurance, as in the event of cancellation as stated above- any deposit or balance will only be refunded if the property is re-let.

6. Well behaved dogs are charged at £20.00 per dog per week and owners are responsible for any damage. Maximum of 2 dogs unless by prior arrangement

7. All, linen and electricity is included in the hire of the property, although we reserve the right charge a supplement in the winter months, from November to March.

8. Any personal items left in the cottages will be kept for 14 days, after which they will be disposed of. Items can be returned, with the postage and packing being charged and payment received before items will be despatched.

9. Please note all the accommodation is NON SMOKING.

10. The owner or his representative shall not be liable to the hirer, his family, or his guests for any loss or damage to their possessions in the premises or grounds, or for the deprivation of occupancy through force majeure, Acts of God and the like, or for personal injury.

11. Cheques please payable to PUFFER AGROUND, Murchland House,South Buthill, Roseisle, Elgin, Moray IV30 5YQ. Payment by bank transfer is also available, please ask for our details at the time of booking.
